Remote Management Software Removal Request
To completely remove the software, you will need to restore your iPad. You will need to back up your device to your iCloud account before beginning the restore process. Any information not backed up will be lost.
Backup Your iPad
- Open Settings
- Select your iCloud Account
- Select iCloud Backup
- Select Backup Now
Restore Your iPad
- Open Settings
- Select General
- Scroll to the bottom and select Reset
- Select Erase All Content and Settings
Your iPad will now begin restoring to its original settings. This may take several minutes. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the set up your iPad.
Once the software has been removed, Northeast will not be able to help you restore or unlock your device. All apps provided by Northeast through the Mosyle catalog will be removed.
